About FEI Behavioral Health Crisis Management

FEI is a for-profit company that works with corporate customers. These customers contract with us to help them manage crises. Some of our customers use our Call Center to handle inquiries from loved ones while others use the Call Center along with Family Assistance Representatives and Crisis Support Coordinators to assist on-site. We are not an agency that responds to every disaster, like the Red Cross or the Salvation Army, for example. We activate only when our customers have a need and then we deploy responders based on geographic area.  For example, if you are a Responder in California and there is an aviation disaster in Atlanta, the chances of you being deployed are unlikely.

We have a new automated notification system in place to alert you when you are needed to support a response. Please wait for us to contact you about deployment before reaching out to us. It’s difficult for us to respond to your inquiries, no matter how sincere they may be, during activation.  If you have information for us that doesn’t require an immediate response, but may impact future deployments on your part, then please send email only to cm@feinet.com . How We Will Call You!

FEI will contact you using an automated call out system. The system will call your emergency contact numbers (please update your information here). There is no order of who is called first.  Often we are looking for a pre-specified number of responders and once we have received an affirmative response from the number of responders we need, the system will stop calling.
